When the Scarlet Speedster attempts to infiltrate the organization, he unwittingly reveals his identity, a near fatal mistake!; A new villain named the Fiddler discovers a novel way of stopping the Fastest Man Alive: with the sounds emanating from his fiendish violin!; The Flash and Dr. Flura are seeming found dead in the streets, but later are discovered to be in a state of suspended animation. Suddenly, Star Sapphire appears to challenge the Flash (in a dream state) to a battle royale, with the preservation of the Earth as the stakes. Unfortunately for the Fastest Man Alive, he has only two minutes to beat her before he dies!
