Veronica captures video footage of Mr. Collier (Betty's uncle) losing his temper with Archie in class. Since Collier is running for mayor against Veronica's father, the Lodge campaign uses the video to their advantage.; Archie feels bad when Betty outshines him at every turn, but Veronica finally makes it all better.; Betty hates that Veronica is responsible for her uncle's difficulty, and Archie tries to make things better by shooting video of Mr. Collier being a good teacher.; The people of Riverdale take sides in the mayoral contest. Archie tries to apologize to Betty but she refuses to listen to him.; Veronica is ostracized at school for her father's campaign tactics so she demands that he do something about it. Meanwhile, Mr. Collier misinterprets Archie's video project and announces that he has quit his job and is leaving town.
