Later, she gets Archie to take her to the pet store to find a kitten (to cover for a lie she told her father).; Archie stands up to Mr. Lodge, not knowing that his father overhears him and turns down the job.; Betty lures Archie to her house by offering to set up a private gym, but Archie and Jughead wreck the place.; Archie's dad is excited when Mr. Lodge offers him a great job -- in Singapore.; Archie doesn't want to tell his dad that Mr. Lodge only offered Fred a job in Singapore so that he could keep Veronica away from Archie.
