The New Warriors attack a group of wanted villains containing Nitro who detonates himself beside a school. The result of which causes America to force all super-heroes to unmask and register their powers. Iron Man supports the registration however Captain America doesn't.; Captain America, now wanted, is hunted by SHIELD's capekillers. He then begins to form his underground resistance to the registration act.; Jessica and Luke Cage are confronted by Iron Man and Ms. Marvel and told to register. Jessica flees to Canada whilst Luke stays to fight and finds support not only from Captain America, Daredevil [Danny Rand] and The Falcon but also his neighbours.; Sentry asks himself the question of whether to register or not. The Absorbing Man causes a confrontation which ultimately helps him decide.; The Immortal Iron Fist [Danny Rand] takes on the burdens of Daredevil by wearing the suit and chooses to fight along side Captain America against the registration act.
