When Minako hears of the broken romance between a teacher at her school and a student who dropped out, she seeks the student out to try to reunite him with the teacher. However, Minako is unaware that he has joined a dangerous street gang.; Minako Aino, a brash, irresponsible thirteen year old dreamer, is given a transformation wand by a talking cat, the wand the key to transform into the masked warrior he dubs Sailor V. Artemis then tells her of a plot by an organization known as the Dark Agency to sow sabotage and destruction on Earth.; A new singing idol challenges Sailor V to a showdown, claiming that Pandora was her older sister and that Sailor V murdered her.; Two new singing groups, The Dark Boys and Twin Dark, explode in popularity, The Dark Boys for teen girls and Twin Dark for teen boys. But their CDs inspire a suspicious lethargy in anyone who listens to them.; An addictive new video game is enslaving the population and destroying productivity. In order to fight the menace, Sailor V must actually enter the video game and duel its star character.; Behavior problems begin sweeping the local middle school population and Artemis suspects it's tied into the popular new idol show on Channel 44.; Minako uses her senshi powers to win a contest trip to Hawaii. However, she boards the wrong plane and ends up bound for Greece, and right in the middle of another terror plot by the Dark Agency.; Artemis smuggles a new Sailor V video game into the Crown Game Center to surreptitiously aid Minako in her training. But to his shock, Minako only interest in it is beating the score of the local gaming nerd, Taku.
