Minako uses her senshi power to win an audition for Ace Saijyo's latest film in order to infiltrate the production and discover the connection between some prominent disappearances and the Management company that handles Ace's career.; A new chocolate hits the market just in time for Valentine's Day. But the chocolate quickly fattens the consumer, sending them to DeVleene's Weight Loss Clinics, where their life energies are collected for the Dark Agency.; Minako is roped into assisting manga artist Marie Buraidaru on her feature "Aurora Wedding". While helping out, she also plays cupid for Marie, who is secretly infatuated with her editor, and discovers a plot by the Dark Agency to siphon people's energy through mutated dogs.; Minako tries to encourage a fellow student facing serious heart surgery. But the plot of another Dark Agency foe may drop his odds of survival to zero.; A new teen idol, Ace Saijyo, is sweeping over Tokyo and, despite her attraction to him, Sailor V must investigate his possible connection to a mass brainwashing scheme and to the mysterious Phantom Ace.; Ace is revealed to be both Phantom Ace and Danburite of the Dark Agency. He, in turn, reveals to Sailor V that she's the reincarnation of a member of the Princess's court from Silver Millennium. But is he friend or foe - - or both?; Specially mutated cats are being adopted by unsuspecting young people and draining their owners' energy.; Hikaru guilt-trips Sailor V into helping out with the annual blood drive. Through that, she encounters a blood plasma center that's a Dark Agency front.
