Scarlett takes out members of the Borovian Liberation Front who have captured her, ruining a CIA mission. The Joes and CIA work together, sharing evidence and the prisoners. They find reference to a mission called "Savea Indignatio." The new operations center, the Pit, receives supplies and personnel. They have trouble setting everything up. Snake Eyes visits the hotel, to return the items he "borrowed," but finds that it has been closed for two years. A group of terrorists take over an American Embassy.
