The Major and Batou intervene in the fire fight, causing Jarti to run with Gondo in tow.; The Major, Batou and Togusa track Jarti to a secluded industrial complex. Entering separately, each one is confronted by Jarti in different sections of the complex.; Section 9 is assigned to put an internationally known revolutionary under surveillance, determine if it is really him and find out why he's in Tokyo.; The Major transfers her ghost into an android maid to observe why Jarti is meeting with a local Yakuza boss. But the meeting is interrupted by a squad of local narcotics detectives and erupts into a fire fight.; After doing battle with five identical versions of Jarti, the Section 9 squad regroups and pressures Gondo into confessing his part in the scheme.; Chief Aramaki makes the decision to keep the events suppressed and allows Jarti to return to Jenoma.
