Varja frees Andreas Havoc from the monestary where he is being held and the two go on a rampage in New York City's Central Park. They say they want the pretender Varja- a man named Thunderbolt. Sarge Steel calls Blue Beetle, Captain Atom, and Nightshade to the defense.
