Veronica confronts her father about developing Riverdale, making him an offer he can't refuse. Moe Miller stops by Jughead's restaurant, tries a burger and is convinced of its franchise potential. Archie and Veronica finally make up. And just as Moose and Mayor Rushkin are about to have a debate, a microphone is accidently switched on, broadcasting Mr. Lodge's arrogance and contempt, Mayor Ruskin's corruption and Fred Mertz' greed to the voters.; It's a triple wedding ceremony when 3 couples tie the knot: Jughead and Midge, Mr. Weatherbee and Miss Grundy, and Ms. Beazly and Svenson. And Mr. Lodge informs Archie that all of the Andrews' bad luck was actually due to his influence and money. Lodge again offers to make everyone in Archie's life successful if Archie leaves Betty and goes back to Veronica. But after talking to Betty about the situation --with Veronica accidently eavesdropping-- Archie decides to again turn down Lodge's offer, his love for Betty being stronger than Lodge's millions.
