Finding his transformations more and more difficult using his gamma ray machine, the Hulk with Banner's brain also finds that he has Banner's features when he zaps himself to face the alien invading Metal Master and his head does not transform. The power of the Metal Master is too much for the Hulk and he is captured by Ross. Rick forms the Teen Brigade. Hulk breaks free of Ross's bunker and then pulls off one of the boldest victories against one of the most powerful aliens ever seen.; Rick uses some of Banner's machinery to transform the Hulk, who was stuck in his monster persona, back into Bruce. Bruce is incredibly weakened by the transformation and takes a chance in using the machinery on himself again which transforms him back into the Hulk's body but with Bruce Banner's mind. Now Bruce and the Hulk can switch at will using the gamma ray machine.; The Hulk thwarts a would-be Genghis Khan conqueror named General Fang from taking over the Asian province of Llhasa, and he only has to dress up as the Abominable Snowman once to do it.; The military captures Rick and Ross convinces him that they need the Hulk to test a new experimental rocket for national security. Rick tricks the jade giant into the capsule but once it is shot into space, he realizes that Ross deceived him to get rid of his foe. Rick overrides the programming and returns the rocket to earth but not before Banner (he transformed back to his human form when the rocket came into view of the sun) is doused with further radiation. The Hulk is now unable to revert to his human form and is under Rick's control but only while Rick remains awake.; Underground overlord Tyrannus kidnaps Betty and lures the Hulk into his subterranean kingdom, forcing the Hulk to do his bidding to keep Betty safe. The Jade Giant is powerless until Rick frees Betty, thus leaving the Hulk free to bring the house down on Tyrannus.; Rick takes a break from his Hulk-sitting duties and goes to the circus. Unfortunately, he picks one run by a hypnotic criminal who mesmerizes his audience and then robs them. When the Hulk arrives to bail out his buddy, he is captured and made part of the act thanks to the fact that Rick is in thrall and cannot give him any commands. Rick returns with the FBI and the Hulk finds himself free to kick some circus tail.; An alien invades earth and claims his people will conquer the planet unless he is met in battle by the strongest opponent the world has to offer. Hulk meets the challenge but finds out it is all a ploy by the Russians to capture him and create an army of hulks of their own.; Scientist Bruce Banner saves a young boy from being killed by a nuclear blast but absorbs deadly amounts of gamma radiation which transforms him into a monster dubbed the Hulk. Bruce Banner is scientist by day, but transforms into the Hulk once the sun goes down.; The Toad Men are above Earth in search of its brightest scientist. Meanwhile, Rick and Bruce explore an underground cave where they hope to imprison Hulk each night.; The Toad men capture Bruce Banner and bring him to their spaceship.; Hulk escapes from his cell while General Ross forgets about the Toad Men.; Bruce Banner repels the Toad Men invasion.; Bruce Banner is found in a Toad Men crashed spaceship while their fleet arrives on Earth.; With the Hulk safely in the underground bunker, Rick dozes and thinks about his origins.
