Crooks disguised as policeman steal a secret formula for imitation silk, and the Battling Bowmen must track down the perpetrator before he can sell that formula to obtain the money he needs.; Miser Darius Droobe, who has cheated people in his life out of every penny they had, now believes that he is dying, so Johnny Quick helps him to make amends by returning the money he swindled them out of.; Aquaman helps to end the false dealings of a pair of thugs who are selling seaside homes on eroding beaches to unwary investors.
