John Cook has stolen Professor Richards ray that will turn a normal fish into a large sea monster.; Aquaman captures John Cook but some of the sea monsters are turned into "future" sea creatures that must be stopped.; Aquaman and Aqualad put and end to the rampage of the "future" fish and return all the fish to their proper size.
