The death of a waiter, who had been leading his union's fight against racket rule, leads the Green Hornet and Kato to rid that organization of its criminal bosses.; "When shyster lawyers take advantage of their position of trust to juggle funds entrusted to them, they'll know there's a time they'll be called to account."; Miss Case attempts to do a one-woman investigation of a racket in the Bureau of Weights and Measures, and has to be rescued by the Hornet.; When Miss Case is beaten, the Green Hornet goes into action to expose the heads of an automobile association accident racket.
