Puggy Pink, a dwarf, volunteers to be Santa's first helper in making toys. Santa leaves him at a little girl's house to be a temporary fill-in for the doll that isn't ready at Christmas.; Years ago, Santa did not always wear a red suit. One Christmas eve, Jack Frost steals his sleigh and toys and leaves Santa stranded. He finds refuge at a tiny house full of elves. The elves make toys for the children of the forest and Santa tries to make clothes for the elves from his own garments. The elves convince a passing giant to let them cut out an outfit for Santa from the giant's red coat.; Jeminy Groundhog asks Willie Winkle to wake him up for Christmas. When he wakes, Jeminy thinks it's time for Easter, instead of Christmas.; An old man recites "A Visit from St. Nicholas" to some children.; Ticky Tack, a tiny reindeer, is too small to pull Santa's sleigh. One Christmas Santa forgets a toy sleigh and Ticky Tack and Shortbread the elf deliver it to its destination.
