Starman faces a dire threat from the Moroni Gang, now out-fitted with fantastic weapons and a rocketship, as they take on the personnas of the Sun and some of the orbiting satellites which line up with the names and weapons they have chosen.; Noah Barton's disturbing dream leads him to discover a way to make himself wealthy, yet avert suspicion from himself and his gang by posing as a modern-day Noah, predicting doom and gloom for mankind.; Rex Tyler visits an orphanage and tries to impress the kids with several scientific experiments, and all are impressed.....that is, except one, who is suddenly kidnapped by thugs. But when the Hourman tries to rescue the young boy, he refuses to be saved and seems to want to have a ransom paid for his safe return!
