Mr. Jackdaw entertains his guests in a futuristic "robot house". The electronic brain of the house tries to murder the guests, because Master Jackdaw taught it only to hate. When the brain realizes that there's also love, it turns against its inventor.; A ruthless reporter kills for a camera which is able to show future events. When the gadget shows his own doom, he flees - but is caught by the police.; Young Olga goes to the dance in a second-hand dress. Not only is she haunted by the ghost of the former owner, but dies wearing it - because it was drenched in embalming fluid.; A janitor murders his bossy landlady – and is in turn being murdered by the landlady’s hair (he used to mop the floors with).; After a traumatic event at sea, a skipper retreats into the desert. But the ghost of a man (whom the skipper broke his hands) comes for him and drowns him with equal cruelty in a waterhole.
