Mr. Lodge has some jewelry that needs repairs and puts it in the pocket of his sport coat. Unknown to him, Archie has an identical sport coat, and takes Mr. Lodge's when he leaves for the evening. When Archie finds the jewelry in his pocket, he thinks he's a kleptomaniac and will end up in prison for taking it.; Veronica sends Archie to get a section of garden hose. He meets Moose and Midge and mentions that Veronica sent him to get some hose. Midge thinks he means nylon stockings and tells Moose he should get some for her. An embarrassed Moose goes to a lingerie shop to buy the stockings, but is seen by all the gang going in and out.; Jughead is umpire for a kids' baseball game and isn't wearing a mask. After getting hit on top of the head by a foul ball, Jughead dons a mask--to cover the top of his head.; Archie thinks he's been drafted when he gets a letter that begins "Greetings from your Uncle Sam!"
