Veronica is in the Bahamas for scuba diving, however the ship's captain is looking for sunken gold.; On vacation in Hawaii, Sabrina helps the goddess Pele find love.; Veronica declares blue the fashion color of the summer. She models swimwear at the beach with Archie but the photographer decides he likes Reggie better.; Veronica cons Archie into taking her to the fair instead of Betty, then is jealous when Betty shows up with another guy and they have a better time than she does.; Hilda and Zelda bring home a lost puppy, but the pooch isn't exactly what he seems.; When Julie finds herself too shy to wear her new bikini, Sabrina enchants it with a confidence spell to help her friend out.; To get Veronica's mind off Archie, Mr. Lodge puts her in charge of landscaping around the mansion. She redesigns the grounds into a giant portrait of Archie.; Betty's hair is perfect, and she spends the day struggling to keep it so for a party at Veronica's. The party quickly becomes a hilarious affair with everyone jumping into the pool.; Veronica and Betty have a bet on a race they are both participating in, loser has to be the other's maid for a week.; The new pizza parlor in town is getting lots of business by using pretty delivery girls, so Betty and Veronica offer to deliver food orders for Pop Tate.; Betty keeps interrupting her day to keep tabs on Veronica's ever-changing weblog.; Little Betty is sad because Little Archie is away for the rest of the summer.; A cute guy at the beach asks Veronica to introduce him to her father.; Betty and Veronica find a bottle on the beach that contains a genie.; Hiram and Veronica try to decide where to go on their summer vacation.; With the Lodge pool temporarily out of service, Betty and Veronica have to find other ways to cool off.; Veronica stays on the beach and talks to the boys that are attracted by Betty's surfing prowess.; Mr. Lodge decides that Veronica should get a job at the mall, but Veronica spends more money than she earns.; When Archie hints that their date will be special and "involve a ring", Betty jumps to predictable conclusions.; A retired soap opera author moves to Riverdale seeking more normal and less drama. But the first person he runs into, unfortunately, is Veronica.; Archie shoots Veronica with a rubber band, causing her to fall in the pool. She retaliates and causes Archie to fall into Betty and then into the pool.; Betty and Veronica have a TV show where they give change a dull teen into a glamorous teen.; Betty changes clothes trying to first keep up with Veronica and then later to be able to play touch football with the boys.; After working all day supervising the children at an indoor play park, Betty goes on a date with Archie - - to an indoor play park.; Veronica falls asleep reading a manuscript about a nineteenth century pioneer relative and dreams about life on the open prairie.; Veronica can't believe that Betty is going to read at the beach instead of swimming and other activities.; The gang goes crabbing.; Betty finds a helpful way to get Veronica to show the proper level of emotion in her single line in the school play.; Sabrina's cousin gets put in time out.; Betty handcuffs Archie so he can't go on a date with Veronica.; Betty and Veronica watch boys at the beach while Archie sleeps.; Veronica spends all day getting wet at the water park but doesn't want to be caught in the rain.; Archie and Reggie are fighting with one another near Veronica's pool. Veronica tells them to cool it, and to go inside and watch TV since they can't behave at the pool. Veronica tells Betty that Archie and Reggie can be a bad scene at times, and then decides that she'd better go check on them. Once inside, the girls see Archie and Reggie fighting again. Veronica says that she thought she told them to watch TV. Archie says they are, and in the last panel, Reggie adds that they're deciding which channel to put on.
