Using Richard as his surrogate, Conan solves the crime.; Conan and Harley discover how the body was hidden and why.; While Richard and the police try to sort out the little boy's story, Conan's suspicions shift from the Black Organization to the husband.; While vacationing at a ski lodge, Conan and the Junior Detective League must figure out how a dead woman ended up in a lake in the bottom of a snowbound, inaccessible ravine.; While the police conclude that the death was due to a snowboarding accident, Conan begins to suspect murder.; A pratfall by George points Conan in the right direction and, using Dr. Agasa as his surrogate, he unmasks the killer.; Conan calls Harley in to consult with him on Eisuke Honda, with seeing the cherry blossoms as an excuse. During the visit, Conan and the others are summoned to a local monastery where a novitiate monk has found a dead body. But when the arrive, the body is gone and no evidence of a crime remains.; A child's pinwheel gives Conan and Harley, and maybe Richard as well, the clue to solve the mystery of the missing body.; Harley and three other teenagers famous for their detective skills are invited to a remote island to compete in a detective championship.; Harley, Conan and the other teen detectives deduce that the reality television aspect of the story is a lie and go about discovering why they're really on the island.; The stakes are upped for the teen detectives when one of them turns up murdered. And Rachel and Kazuha discover to their horror that the island is cut off from phone service.
