The Black Organization plots to flush out Rena by flooding the hospital with patients to cover their agents and their real plan.; Conan and Shuichi work to determine who is the Black Organization's spy in the hospital before he can locate Rena Mizunashi.; The discovery of the Black Organization's spy allows them to pinpoint the hospital they seek. Mr. Black and Jodie worry that Shuichi is emotionally compromised by the situation. And Rena is forced to reveal herself.; The F.B.I. find the hospital littered with time bombs smuggled inside of gift baskets and flowers for patients.; When the F.B.I. finds that the bomb timers have been bugged in order to follow the agents to Rena, Mr. Black orders the patient moved to a safe house, just as Gin expected.; Sifting through three decoys, Gin and his forces track down the right van and recapture Rena.; Conan and Shuichi reveal their plan to Mr. Black and Jodie, as well as Rena Mizunashi's real identity.; While visiting a reception at a local hotel, Conan and the Junior Detective League run across a police investigation of the murder of a theatrical agent. And one of the suspects is F.B.I. agent Andre Camel.; Conan calls Jodie to give Agent Camel an alibi, then sets about solving the case. Gin gives Rena a mission to prove her loyalty to the Black Organization.; Working with Jodie, Conan devises a method to trap the killer. At Gin's urging, Rena arranges a hit on Shuichi Akai.; Using a simple Japanese command, Conan exposes the killer. Under surveillance from Gin, Rena shoots Shuichi.
