So he sends his friend Moki to locate the radio station, which he does, and together with the Golden Eagle, put an end to the station and its crew.; Discovering that Bill has been captured and being tortured for information by the Japanese in a concentration camp, Black Venus vows to locate and save him from further atrocities.; The Japanese decide on a daring plan to attack Tommy and his squadron, and capture Tommy in order to prevent their attacks on the Japanese forces trying to keep their shipping lanes open in the Pacific.
