Daredevil asks the Little Wise Guys if they would like to know how he came to be Daredevil, and they agree, also wanting to know if they can see him without his mask. Bart tells them of his parent's trip to Australia to meet with Edgar, who managed John's gold mine, and tells them the mine is worthless. Unaware that Edgar wants the mine, John is killed by natives, Mary committing suicide, and the baby abandoned. The baby grows up in a tribe and challenges the Chief to battle, defeating him and becoming the new Chief. He discovers the truth and goes back to America to avenge his parents.; Lippy helps Monk escape from prison and immediately Monk attempts a job at a bank. He loses a foot during the escape, and his mob members decide to abandon him, for which Monk decides to rub the whole gang out. Only Daredevil and the Little Wise Guys can stop him.; The goings-on in Sniffer's apartment has caused the other tenants to complain to the landlord and ask for his eviction. When the landlord gets scared to do so, he hires some toughs to throw Sniffer out, and in the process of doing so, Sniffer gets amnesia. He wanders around trying to find lodging, and finally overhears some zoo attendants talk about a car accident one of them was in, and how their life flashed before them in four seconds. Sniffer thinks that if he is involved in such an accident, that he'll discover who he really is. It doesn't quite work out, though.; Gallagher wins his first professional fight, then decides to go out to a party with Bea Frank, an action Gallagher's manager strongly advises against. At any rate, Gallagher is scheduled to fight "The Quaker Express" next, and his manager gets an offer for Gallagher to throw the fight in the first round...or else!; Dickie has built a mechanical whale, which can operate on or under the water, as well as fly, for an Ichthyologist friend of his. Harbor Police alert Zip that some smugglers are operating in the area and to on the lookout. Unfortunately for Zip, the smugglers force him at gunpoint to operate the device, with unexpected results.; Twiddle decides to get his portrait painted, but doesn't think the picture looks like him.....so the artist makes an unexpected adjustment.; Two men, working for different clothing companies, are marching up and down the street carrying signs proclaiming that their companies provide "pants to match". The two men note that their attire would match if they just changed their pants.....and they do.
