Breaker tries to convince Steeler there is something going on in Ecuador, to no avail. Blacklight informs the Baroness that he has encountered problems in his mission. She plans to lead a platoon to finish the job. She talks to the council. She finds that most of the Vipers have been taken by Bludd. Serpentor tells her he has a spy inside G.I. Joe.
