The Baroness and Siren visit the Yakuza to get information on the human traffickers who took Siren's son, Isaac. She tells them a story to get the information. They attack the ship and free the captive kids. However, COBRA takes Isaac into custody to control Siren. The Baroness orders her to tell her one last story.; A woman is found by COBRA and joins them. She recruits others to join, but there is one she can't convince through the normal way. She learns to change her tactic and instead gives the man respect and legitimacy. He accepted, and founded the Yakuza.; Signore Alighieri wrote the poem The Divine Comedy about COBRA. The organization was angry, but the Commander wanted to hear the end of the poem. Alighieri outlined the future of COBRA in the poem, of how it would emerge from the inferno and leave their wicked ways behind, saving the world. The Commander expanded COBRA exponentially as a result. When Alighieri died, the Commander noted that the organization was still in the inferno, and would probably always be.
