John Blaze and the Ghost Rider go back to Quentin's Carnival to check on John's friends and find everybody in a state of panic because of Clara's visions of death. Steel Wind and Steel Vengeance then attack them. In the middle of the fight Mephisto shows up and transports John and the Ghost Rider away.; Once every ten years "The Feeders" appear in a city in the midst of a natural disaster and hunt the residents of that city. This time "The Feeders" appear in Manhattan and try to take Dan Ketch along with other victims. Dan turns into the Ghost Rider and hunts them instead.
