Alan and Doiby find themselves victims of several escaped criminals who are in search of loot long buried.; A criminal genius called Mr. Big baffles the Emerald Crusader and Doiby by committing a series of crimes in three different locales at the same time!; The Harlequin, since it's leap year, decides to "pop the question" to Green Lantern in the middle of trying to stop a robbery (at a wedding), but the resulting answer is not what she expects!
