Hardware's day begins with getting smacked around by Alva's new remote-controlled armor. All in good fun, of course. Later, at an exhibition engineered to cement Alva's "brilliant" legacy, a riot breaks out and Hardware springs into action to calm things down. Alva dons his own armor and actually begins acting like a hero. In the end, Alva sacrifices his life to save a crowd of people from falling debris.
