The Rainbow Raider goes on a crime spree empowered by a rainbow crystal which gives him different powers for each color of the spectrum.; Mr. V forces Marco Xavier to feed information to the Martian Manhunter, not knowing that they are the same person. One minor crime that Manhunter is expected to stop is actually a distraction from a massive heist.
