A man invents a gas that makes people 30 feet tall. While everyone is giant-sized, he goes around looting the town. He forgets to store enough oxygen bottles, so he removes his mask and has to breathe in his own gas. He gets stuck in the subway until the gas wears off.; Sociologists investigate a totally harmonious town, and find that the people were shamed into better behavior by their persecution of a stranger who turned out to be an alien with a mirror face.; A jade Buddha begins to possess its owner until the man even begins to resemble the fat statue. His wife frees the man by smashing the statue.; Two swindlers get taken by a conman who tries to sell them a gold-making machine. The machine accidentally transports them into their own past, back to the beginning of their prison sentence.; An unemployed actor comes across a room with two billion cards in it which assigns all human beings their role in life. A loudspeaker takes requests from people who wish to change their roles. When the actor is refused his request for a new role, he threatens to expose the setup, and the loudspeaker voice reassigns the man's role from actor to mental patient.; Aliens make the mistake of stealing an Egyptian solar ship from the museum when they need a boat to make last minute adjustments to a bomb set to detonate in the ocean. The solar ship flies them to the sun.
