The Wagonas send word to ga that they are encountering strange animals in their new country. Kaänga, Ann, and Zulu go to the Wagonas and encounter numerous prehistoric animals and Neanderthals. Kaänga challenges the Neanderthal chief to single combat and wins. He orders the Neanderthals to never leaver their valley and orders the Wagonas to find another place for their village.; Renegade Chaney posts false notices of new land open for homesteading and, with his gang disguised as natives, attacks the would-be settlers and steal all their supplies. Camilla discovers the plot and exposes it to the commissioner.; Trader Harry has been seduced into cheating the natives by Nancy.
