There they encounter indestructible metal insects sent by Starbreaker, a new menace who can absorb the power of suns.; Wildcat encounters a criminal organ grinder who has trained his monkeys to steal for him.; Chemist Rex Tyler discovers a powerful chemical he calls "miraclo", and decides to put his new powers to work helping the oppressed. His first case involves the recovery of stolen pearls and the reforming of a would-be crook.
