While out walking Allergy's dog with Binky, Peggy sees a film that she really wants to see. So Binky leaves Dopey at a police station, pretending that he's a stray Binky found.; Peggy decides that Binky is smart enough to invent something that will aid humanity. Trouble is, all Binky can concentrate on is how attractive Peggy is.; A bump on the head turns Liz into a jingle machine.; Allergy challenges the Van Roys to a wrestling match with the Biggs family, much to the horror of Binky and his father.; Jerry is called on in chemistry class and doesn't know the answer.
