Bakugo makes a mess of the exercise in his single-minded pursuit of humiliating Izuku.; The League of Villains teleport the students to various sections of the rescue park. Izuku, Tsuyu and Minoru end up in the water area, where they must survive an attack by a villainous shark mutant.; While Ochako struggles to get the target prize from Ida, Izuku struggles to help her and at the same time not be caught by Bakugo's rampage.; While the other teams run the practice scenario, the first team gets its grades and All Might tries to counsel Bakugo away from his anger.; Based on his sudden popularity due to facing down Bakugo, Izuku is elected class president. Meanwhile, the Academy is suddenly hard-pressed to keep out the press, who are after an interview with All Might.; The class's rescue training exercise is interrupted by The League of Villains, who are looking to publicly kill All Might as a means of destroying hope.; Stranded in a boat in the middle of a lake and surrounded by water-based villains, Izuku must lead his team to safety.; While the students battle the hench-villains, Eraser Head and No. 13 face the main body of The League of Villains.; With Ochako's help, Ida escapes the complex to get help from the Academy. Learning of this, One For All decides to withdraw. But he plans to leave a few dead students behind for All Might.; The students are given an exercise in hostage rescue, with pairs of students at the heroes and pairs as the villains. Izuku and Bakugo draw the same exercise and Bakugo quickly drags it down into a personal grudge match between him and Izuku.
