Coming back from grocery shopping, Betty and Veronica see Archie, Reggie and Jughead, who are embarrassed by the girls 'stretch pants.' They explain to the boys that they bought them specifically for the picnic they're all going to, but Archie, Reggie, and Jughead are shocked at the idea. Jughead gets the idea to 'turn the tables' on them, and gets matador outfits (with stretch pants) for Archie and Reggie. Showing up for the picnic, the girls are not pleased to see them in these outfits, but they agree to go. At the picnic a bull chases Archie and Reggie up a tree.; Frustrated with seeing 'couples' names' written all over town, Jughead writes his own on a fence.; When Reggie shows Jughead the poster he drew for school, Jughead shows him who he considers to be the greatest artist in the world.; Reggie tells Archie and Betty that Jughead has gotten a job down at 'Hazel's Hash House', and talks Arch into going down there to get a burger and 'heckle' him.
