Hall cancels Doberman's tour when he becomes concerned that his wife will leave him if Doberman isn't around. Bilko's last gambit - to hypnotize Mrs. Hall into falling in love with her husband's voice. Unfortunately the hypnotist has transferred out, leaving Bilko to try to do it himself.; Colonel Hall's wife falls in love with Doberman's voice, and Hall fears his wife will leave him for "a private!" Bilko gets permission to take Doberman on a cross-country concert tour, mostly to get him off the base.; When a professional hypnotist gets transferred to Bilko's outfit, Bilko asks to be hypnotized into believing he's Pervis Peesley, rock and roll legend. But when Bilko doesn't "concentrate on the watch," the suggestion is picked up by someone else.
