She drops Frank and keeps company with Bob.; Millie is bored and wants to join Gloria's fast set at school. To do so, she steals a letter of complaint concerning Gloria from her father's office. She is welcomed into the group for her bravado, and begins running around and staying out late. Her schoolwork suffers. She and her friends fail a pop quiz, and they urge her to steal the tests from her father's office. She is caught. Gloria denies any involvement.
