Bob and Tim follow a young boy who has brought medical supplies from the drug store to his father's butcher store, and discover that this man, and other butchers in town, have been beaten up for not buying illegitimate meat from a bunch of gansters and murders.; To get out of pouring rain, Steve and Ploopie dart into an art museum, and discover an art thief at work. As it turns out, the valuable painting's artist, thought dead, is actually alive and being forced to paint more "lost" paintings to enrich the thieves.; Bob and Tim go to see the eminent Dr. Barbour, who has been testing Bob's new antiseptic, to see if he has results available, and discover that the doctor's life is in danger and that a gang, headed by Crowley, are out to corner the lucrative sulfa market.; The Terror Twins go after some kidnapped American aviators that will soon be executed in order to boost Japanese morale. They discover an American girl, disguised as a Japanese, so that she can make drawings of enemy camouflaged docks she plans to provide to the Allies.; As Cheepie sits in his cage, a cat, intent on eating him, jumps up to the cage to commiot the foul deed......but Cheepie turns the tables on the vile feline.
