Novice actress Rikki falls in love with star Jethro, then discovers he was just trifling with her affections. Director Art coaches Rikki and she becomes a success on the screen. Jethro tries to worm his way back into Nikki’s life but she rejects him because she and Art are in love.; Air hostess Myra and pilot Rod are in love, although he is unaware of her true identity, daughter of the airline’s president Kingsley. When Rod is ordered to fly Kingsley, his daughter, and her wealthy would-be suitor Lyle to a desert resort, Rod learns the truth about her. Their plane has to make a crash landing, but Myra’s training insures that no one is killed. Rod and Myra will be together.; Bonnie refuses to give up her modeling career to marry young doctor Larry. Bonnie then falls in love with wealthy Robert, who says he and his wife Jane have a loveless marriage. Bonnie asks Jane to give Robert a divorce, then learns Robert has also been having an affair with another woman. Robert marries that woman after Jane divorces him. Bonnie reconciles with Larry and they are wed.; Reporter Grace interviews criminal lawyer Fred and they fall in love, also she’s also being courted by fellow newspaperman Bruce. Grace witnesses some gangsters retrieving a body from the harbour, and recognises them as Fred’s clients. Fred asks her to keep this a secret to protect his career. Grace promises, but Fred then sends men to murder her; Bruce is wounded while saving her. Fred and the crooks are arrested and Grace marries Bruce.
