While having sodas, a mysterious man known as the Elevenaire gives Veronica eleven dollars in cash. When Veronica disappears while taking pictures in the country, Archie enlists Cricket O'Dell -- a girl with the ability to sniff out money and accurately determine how much is there-- to help find Veronica.; A hair dresser convinces Veronica that a hideous looking hairstyle is the latest craze in Europe and convinces her to try it.; Veronica goes into a bookstore looking for a romance novel. The clerk tells her of a historical romance starring a pirate and the two women pirates in his crew, forming a love triangle. Veronica then asks if the store has anything else.
