The Beagle boys swindle Scrooge out of his entire fortune by posing as snobby club members and getting him to sign an application to join, but the nephews run a similar dodge on The Beagle Boys and get everything signed back to Scrooge.; Scrooge's insurance company requires him to improve security at his money bin and The Beagle Boys pose as one of the contracting compaines, sending Scrooge on a wild goose chase for supplies while they try to rob the place. But their carelessness dooms their efforts.; The Beagle Boys discover a particular set of bagpipes brings out a generous streak in Scrooge and use them to get Scrooge to give them money. But they are foiled by the police for doing several things without a permit and have to forfeit the bagpipes to have charges dropped.; Scrooge is surprised when the mailman inserts his bills into his newspaper.; Scrooge's doctor recommends Scrooge cut back to one cup of coffee per day, so Scrooge buys an oversize cup.
