Witch Neurosa shrunk the aunts to tiny size, and now they need Wendy's help to find a spell to make them normal size again.; Wendy tries to dispose of her aunts' horrible witches' brew, but nothing can destroy it.; Casper finds some animal costumes but they only get him into trouble when he tries them on.; Spooky gets a bump on the head and forgets the work "boo," so some rabbits try to convince him that the word he's looking for is "love."; Wendy's aunts make Wendy bad, but she turns the tables on them by making them good, so everyone is ready to be changed back to normal.; Spooky's boos help an old man climb to the top of a tree to retrieve a stuck kite.; Casper dreams that he likes to scare people.
