Clark Kent turns bad, shooting spitballs and mouthing off. He's asked to join the Skull and Crossbones Gang, and (barely) passes the initiation. (These "gangs" are boys on tricked-out bicycles.) Their enemies are the Red Dragons, and both pull pranks. Clark/Superboy gently steers them by making a statue talk, inadvertently helping an old woman and her shoe store, then sends them carrying water on their bikes to battle a raging wildfire. Both gangs get awards, and will now compete to out-good-deed each other! And Clark is thanked by the principal for his undercover operation.; Green Arrow and Speedy bust a crooks distracted by - a TV show? They're astonished to see Station G-U-N is broadcasting real-crime reenactments to criminals via closed-circuit TV. Worse, the crooks broadcast fake footage, "Green Arrow's Disgrace", showing the hero cowardly running from criminals! "Great galloping ghosts!" Spying on a reenactment, the heroes follow the crooks to the secret TV studio, and bust the TV gang on live television for all criminals to see!; Johnny Chambers/Quick and Tubby Watts cover the Fastest Men's Club Annual Speed Meet. Sportsmen compete to fly the fastest jet, submarine, race car. But someone is cheating and Johnny Quick must prop up a failing helicopter, disarm a missile in mid-air, and puncture a jet in flight. The cheater goes to jail, but all the pros admit they'll always be "the second fastest man" compared to Johnny Quick.; The camelback (humped) whale is in danger of extinction, so whalers agree to spare them. Except Captain Samson, a piratical schooner whaler. Aquaman goes undercover as a sailor and blocks their harpooning. He's made to walk the plank in irons, but of course doesn't drown. He gets loose with help of fish friends, jolts Captain Samson with a "chain" of electric eels, and exacts a promise to avoid camelback whales. Samson even thinks, "... having Aquaman on [my] side could come in real handy some times!"
