Starman takes on a gang of saboteurs who are using a giant acetylene torch to badly damage ships while in the Gotham docks.; A strange visitor from another planet is bent on conquering the universe and wishes to make sure that the Man of the Hour cannot interfere, so kidnaps Hourman and his supply of Miraclo.; A scientist invents an unusual super thyroid extract which allows bees to gain gigantic size, and it's up to the Sandman, and his new partner, to save the man from the Queen Bee, who wishes to know the secret behind the extract.
