A hardened criminal, in order to exact revenge upon District Attorney Kelley, who originally sent him to prison, kidnap's the D.A.'s son, raising him and influencing him to believe that the D.A. is his enemy.; The sister of Roy Revenge, unable to influence her father or brother to stop their campaign of revenge, turns to the Flash, hoping he can find a way to halt their plans.; The Threat escapes prison, secreted in a barrel of lye which burns him horribly. Now disfigured, he adopts a new identity, locates his son, and plots once again to kill the D.A., unaware that his daughter is on the train he plans to blow up.; Learning that he is really the D.A.'s son, Roy helps the Flash trap his insidious father before his revenge becomes complete!; Through illustrations, the Flash demonstrates the proper positions a runner must take in order to be successful.
