Mrs. Andrews is depressed because Mr. Andrews is off on a business trip, the first time he has missed her birthday. Archie tries to include her in all the teen activities, but that only makes her feel old. Mr. Andrews saves the day by rushing home early.; Trying to get a little privacy at Veronica's house, Archie gets Mr. Lodge hooked on a computer video game. Soon Archie is spending his time with Mr. Lodge instead of Veronica. When Veronica gets a new boy friend, he quickly joins the other guys around the video game.; If Jughead works in a place with food, he eats all the food. If he works in a place without food, he gets distracted thinking about food. Archie gets him a job selling pet food.; Jughead and Art trick Archie into thinking that his car has been lavishly detailed.; Archie wants to try the X-games, figuring that contestants are always surrounded by girls. He discovers that they're actually surrounded by paramedics.; Archie promises to help his mother, but gets distracted by sight of a new girl in town.
