Archie and his parents are in a bad mood because everyone is treating them badly. When Archie's father gets a telegram offering him a job in another city, he sends a telegram accepting it. When word gets out, all of the family's friends get together for a going away party. Archie's father decides to stay in Riverdale and everything reverts to the way it was before.; Meet Brately, an uncontrollable child who delights in tormenting his baby-sitter, Archie.; Archie accidentally picks up Mr. Weatherbee's diary from the principal's desk. Reggie snatches the diary and Archie has to pursue him all over the school to get it back.; When Betty's father refuses to pay $25 a month for Betty to join an exercise club, he suggests they build a workout center at home. The equipment works fine for the girls, but everything goes wrong when Mr. Cooper tries to use it.; Archie converts a grandfather clock into a robot butler that controls other labor-saving household devices for his father. The gadgets look good, but making them work correctly is another matter.
