Jughead disguises himself as a tree to avoid Big Ethel. Moose happens to be chopping firewood for the bonfire pep rally and when he hits Jughead, Jughead runs down the street. Ethel is so impressed she decides Moose is the man for her. Meanwhile, Jughead switches disguises to a trash can.; Jughead pretends to be sweet on both Betty and Veronica and says he's going to the concert with both of them. Archie and Reggie insist they are taking the girls to the concert, which is exactly what the girls wanted in the first place.; Jughead is in trouble for eating in class and decides to wear a mop top wig into Mr. Weatherbee's office. Mr. Weatherbee doesn't say anything about it, so everyone in the school starts wearing them. Finally, he takes them all away and tries one on himself.; Jughead has everone convinced he made Archie disappear, when Archie wasn't there in the first place. His final trick is making burgers disappear.; Li'l Jinx needs the post office to get her bird out of a mail box.; Jughead concludes that people are like atoms, that when they are together, they work fine, but when they split up, it is explosive.; Jane is crying because her boyfriend dropped her. Ethel can't even get a boyfriend who could drop her.; Archie is selling raffle tickets for a sick teacher. Moose says he doesn't want to win a sick teacher.
