Meanwhile Mr. Weatherbee turns down the girls' request to buy a feeding station for the birds. The parakeet lands on Mr. Weatherbee's window sill and starts repeating all the phrases it's heard recently, making Weatherbee think he's hearing things and convincing him he needs to buy the bird feeders.; Prof. Jughead describes methods of staying awake in school.; Hap scolds Jinx for using his fountain pen.; Moose goes duck hunting with Mr. Lodge.
