Archie and Jughead are playing chess with Mr. Lodge's crystal chess set when Jughead accidentally breaks a piece. He knows that Reggie has a similar chess set, but in order to replace the broken piece, Jughead has to do a favor for him. Jughead ends having to do favors for two other girls as well in order to get the needed chess piece.; When offered free food, Jughead becomes an expert on any subject and an incredible athlete.; Pop makes Jughead's signature sundae for him, but Jughead decides he wants a different one instead. Annoyed, Pop makes Jughead the other sundae as Jughead finishes eating the first one that Pop was going to throw away. Since he's full from the first sundae, Jughead refuses the second one. As Pop is about to throw it away too, Jughead forces himself to eat the second, free sundae.; Jughead impresses the gang with his ability to listen and understand what a simple corn chip is saying to him.; An all-you-can-eat buffet owner turns his sign around when he sees Jughead walking down the street.
